Welcome to MenoAI. By using our app and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. About MenoAI

MenoAI is a wellness application that helps women track, predict, and manage menopause symptoms using artificial intelligence. MenoAI is provided for informational and wellness purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice

MenoAI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information provided by MenoAI — including symptom predictions, AI chat responses, and wellness recommendations — is for general informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions, including decisions about hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or any other treatment.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MenoAI. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. MenoAI cannot be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

MenoAI offers a 14-day free trial followed by a Premium plan at £9.99 per month. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings.

6. Free Trial

New Premium subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged. Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple and may only be available once per Apple ID.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MenoAI for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app.
• Use the AI chat for purposes unrelated to menopause and women's health.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features of MenoAI are owned by MenoAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of MenoAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

MenoAI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MenoAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes based on predictions or AI responses.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting us at hello@menoai.app.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
