Getting Started
MenoAI uses artificial intelligence to learn your unique symptom patterns. When you log symptoms daily, the AI identifies trends and connections — like poor sleep triggering next-day brain fog, or stress patterns leading to hot flashes. Over time, it can predict symptoms 30 minutes to 2 hours before they happen.
There are two ways to log. The full daily check-in covers 11 symptom categories and takes under a minute — tap the Log tab or the check-in card on your home screen. For quick moments, use quick-log on the home screen — tap a symptom, select severity (Mild, Moderate, or Severe), and it's saved instantly. Both methods feed into your AI predictions.
Quick-log lets you record a symptom in 2 taps right from the home screen — perfect for when you're having a hot flash at 2am and don't want to open the full journal. Tap the symptom, select severity, done. It saves to your profile and contributes to your prediction data.
Predictions
MenoAI needs at least 5 days of logging data to start generating predictions. The AI is learning your unique patterns during this time. You'll see a progress bar showing how close you are. The more consistently you log, the faster and more accurate your predictions become.
Prediction accuracy improves over time as the AI learns more about your patterns. After 2–3 weeks of consistent logging, most women see predictions that feel genuinely useful. The app shows a confidence percentage with each prediction so you know how certain the AI is. You can also give feedback ("Did this happen?") to help improve future predictions.
This means the AI has analysed your patterns and doesn't see any symptom alerts coming in the near future. Predictions update automatically throughout the day as the AI continues monitoring your data. Keep logging for the most accurate results.
Features
MenoAI generates a professional PDF summary of your last 30 days — including symptom frequency, severity trends, patterns, and triggers. It's formatted specifically for GP appointments so you walk in prepared. Tap the report button in the Insights tab to generate one. Premium feature.
22+ guided exercises matched to your symptoms. This includes 4-7-8 breathing for hot flashes, CBT techniques for anxiety, progressive muscle relaxation for joint pain, sleep hygiene protocols for night sweats, and mindfulness exercises for brain fog. Each exercise is chosen based on what you're actually experiencing.
Anything about menopause — HRT options, natural remedies, nutrition advice, what symptoms are normal at your stage, when to see a doctor, how to explain symptoms to your GP, bone health, and more. The AI gives evidence-based answers written with empathy. Free users get 5 messages per day; Premium is unlimited.
Free vs Premium
The free plan includes 5 AI chat messages per day and basic symptom logging. It does not include AI predictions, doctor-ready reports, the full Wellness Studio, or pattern insights. It's a great way to try MenoAI before committing to Premium.
You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings: go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → MenoAI → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.
Privacy & Safety
Yes. Your data is encrypted, stored securely with Supabase (which uses enterprise-grade security with Row Level Security), and never sold to third parties. Only you can access your data. Every API request is authenticated with your personal token.
No. MenoAI provides wellness information and symptom tracking, not medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your GP or healthcare provider for medical decisions, especially regarding HRT or treatment changes. The doctor-ready report is designed to support — not replace — your GP conversation.
Go to Profile → Data & Privacy → Delete All My Data. This permanently removes all your symptom logs, chat messages, predictions, and personal information. You can also email us at hello@menoai.app to request full account deletion.
Troubleshooting
This usually means a temporary connection issue. Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, check your internet connection. If you're on the free plan, you may have used your 5 daily messages — this resets at midnight. If nothing works, email us at hello@menoai.app.
Make sure you tap "Save & return to journal" after logging each symptom category. If you're experiencing issues, check your internet connection and try again. Your data saves to the cloud so it's available across sessions. If the problem continues, email us.
